Swedish hard rock band with a history of over a decade topping the music charts in Sweden and whose songs are worshipped by fans around the world - is finally releasing their full catalogue on vinyl for the very first time. After signing to Despotz Records in 2015 and releasing their first album in five years (Defcon Zero) things have really started to move quick for the band. It opened brand new possibilities for Corroded and given them the firepower to further strengthen their position, both nationally and internationally. After previously creating music for the Swedish TV show 'Survivor' (Expedition Robinson in Sweden) and the globally popular video game Battlefield, Corroded has built a big fanbase worldwide. For fans of: MC5, The Sonics, Royal Republic, The Hives The first single 'The Beat' has been spinning on Swedish and Finnish national radio (P3/YleX), it won the Bandit Battle on Bandit Rock Radio and it ended up in the first place on Swedish Student Radio. The controversial music video featuring a Muppet on a real party binge was picked up by the likes of TeamRock (Classic Rock magazine), Visions Magazine and Gaffa Magazine. The band has also been seen this winter in an episode of SVT's and Canal+'s TV series "Midnattssol" on National television in Sweden and France Satan Takes A Holiday became the talk of the town when they released their self-titled debut album late 2009. Since then they have released the albums Who Do You Voodoo (2012) and Animal Woman (2014). They have been on several tours with bands such as Mustasch, Juliette Lewis and Imperial State Electric and was also playing as opening act for KISS on Friends Arena in front of 30 000 people. Standing with one leg in medieval times and the other in modern metal, Apocalypse Orchestra weaves their own special tapestry of music. The tones of the hurdy gurdy and the bagpipe entwines the heavy guitars and music separated by over 800 years meet. The band was formed by musical partners in crime Mikael and Erik based in Gävle, Sweden. Inspired by their love for folk music and slow metal they decided to combine the two. With a foundation of original music and lyrics but also incorporating melodies from as far back as the 11th century the goal was to create a musical homage to a era long since gone. The songs tell of flagellants, plague doctors, tales of hell, the meaninglessness of war and of suffering; they are all chapters in the bands grimoire. To balance it out they also shine a light on medieval art, science and enlightenment. When several songs had been composed the band was completed with the addition of Jonas, Rikard and Andreas. The Orchestra have since played live on many occasions and has been seen at both clubs and festivals, as well as performing live with the Gävle Symphonic Orchestra. Apocalypse Orchestra always looks forward as well as inward, to seek answers to some of history's big questions. How did people find meaning and momentum? How did they find joy in life when two out of three died from the black death? Was there happiness under the heavy yokes of faith, and what was the air-speed velocity of an unladen swallow? Despite great success, the band SISTER SIN parted ways in late 2015 after a 13 year career. Now the former singer and major force from the former band, LIV SIN, rises from the ashes with a new band and a whole new album. The new album "Follow Me" is co-produced by longtime ACCEPT and U.D.O. member Stefan Kaufmann and U.D.O. bassist Fitty Wienhold. Liv says of the collaboration: "I'm truly excited to work with Stefan! He is an incredible musician and a longtime metal hero. I think he can bring that extra bit to my music with his lifelong experience from both ACCEPT and U.D.O." Kaufmann adds: "When Liv called me and asked to produce her new project together with Fitty, of course I said yes! Liv has talent, and I am sure it will be a blast." From the gutters of southern Sweden, Liv Jagrell emerged as a major force as the vocalist for hard rock band SISTER SIN. SISTER SIN sold thousands of records and toured the world with high-profile tours supporting the likes of SLAYER and KING DIAMOND as well as being a part of the Revolver magazine "Hottest Chicks In Metal" tour. When SISTER SIN called it quits at the end of 2015, Liv knew that she had much more to offer the world and her fans. From this, LIV SIN was born.
