BEDROOM COMMUNITY - Everything Everywhere All The Time

EVERYTHING EVERYWHERE ALL THE TIME was created by Pierre-Alaine Giraud and the Icelandic record label Bedroom Community who’s founding members are Valgeir Sigurðsson, with Nico Muhly and Ben Frost, later adding Sam Amidon, Daníel Bjarnason and Puzzle Muteson. In 2010 they started The Whale Watching Tour to bring to the world what they had been working on collectively for several years. Each artist’s background range from ambient music to rock to classical and soundtrack. ‘It’s like forcing two different species to fuck!’ said one of the members of the tour. Mounting egos weren’t the only thing they had to deal with. The tour hit an unexpected snag when the Icelandic volcano erupted in 2010, sending a plum of ash as far as the U.K., but the tour continued and this film is a visual and aural diary documenting it all.
