About Naomi's last album "The Big Shapes" (2010) the "Süddeutsche Zeitung"wrote that this band "would have to push its way around the top places of the summer hit parades in a fairer world with Lady Gaga". Well, what isn't can still be! After a creative break of several years, the Berlin duo returns to the limelight with their sixth album "Swim". This is, so much can be betrayed in advance, with its elegant, fresh and mature sound a real enrichment for the pop landscape. Compared to its predecessor, the new work sounds more relaxed, reduced and optimistic, but still retains the melancholic note for which we love Nico Tobias and Bernd Lechler so much. Whether it's electro or alternative pop, whatever they make, the focus is on great melodies that can literally sink into.
