Founded in 2003, VENTURA is a rock trio mainly inspired by the nineties. Among their influences, you may cite Superchunk, HUM, Failure, Shellac maybe a touch of Hot Snakes and why not a little Nirvana. VENTURA have released numerous splits, a debut record called "Pa Capona" (Get A Life!) in 2006, a second one, "We Recruit" (Africantape) in 2010, year that also saw them collaborating with David Yow (Scratch Acid, The Jesus Lizard, QUI) for a seven inch single. The new album, "Ultima Necat", was once again recorded by Serge Morattel (Brazen, Knut, Tantrum) at his RecStudio in Geneva in October 2012, and was mastered at Golden Mastering in January 2013.
