New Zealand singer-songwriter Aldous Harding has served as support for prominent American artists when they make it to that region, including Perfume Genius, Mac DeMarco, US Girls, Eleanor Friedberger, and Mutual Benefit. However, she has never before played on American soil, and until this fall, her eponymous 2014 debut LP had never been released in the US. This September, Flying Nun Records is finally bringing Harding’s soft, simple, devastating album to the US, with a tour to follow.
