KID (KRAK IN DUB) - Amazonite

From dub to jungle, KRAK IN DUB (KID) is one of the most prolific producer and his Live performances have gone beyond borders. After releasing over 50 vinyl EPs, KID finally unveils his first album "Amazonite". For this opus, KID gathers his MC crew : Troy Berkley (BM), Demolition Man (UK), Jamalski (US), Echo Minott (Jam), Sr Wilson (Sp) and also Eva Lazarus (UK) - together with musicians such as Dubamix (Fr), Dubmatix (Can) and his Fogata Sound. For this notable album, some of his Big tunes, like "Stop fight" by Anthony B, "Prophet rides again" by Capleton or "Slow motion" by Demolition man will be offered as a retrospective view of its career to date. Original junglist pioneer, this producer and label director (Random Rec, Mas i Mas, Galletas Calientes and nowadays Fogata Sounds) has come a long way from his early days as a most respected artist. His tunes are played by the international scene : OBF (Ch), Mungos Hifi (UK), Soul Stereo (Fr), Part2style (Jp), Dub to jungle (Col), Lion's den (De), ou encore Dub Stuy (US). From Digital Roots to Jungle Stepper, his improvised live sets are laying down screaming riddims, powerful electro beats and blazing Dub bass lines. He has harnessed the original junglist free flow spirit, throbbing with the roots and the soul of sound system music. He is now collaborating with Jamaican legends such as Horace Andy, Anthony B., Luciano, Capleton or Jah Mason... Arrived in Europe after two Brazilian years, roots and influences are multiple for this Argentinean refugee : familial congas workshop, dance, shamanism, classical percussions' conservatory, Jazz, black music, traditional South American Sounds, Sound System way of life.
