Causa Sui drummer with a third instalment in his "drums versus synthesizers" explorations! There's an organic vibe present in which monophonic-synthesizers & polyphonic-rhythms merge in a way you've never heard before - everything is weaved together in a fuzzed-out massive blanket of sound. Yet despite the roar and volume, there's a repetitive and meditative quality to these tracks- not unlike that of free jazz. There's even an earthy vibe ringing through the heavily modulated synths - at times sounding more like soaring guitars or saxophones - or perhaps some un-earthly rhythm-device that amalgamates rhythm and melody into one substance.

FIRST PRESSING OF 500 NUMBERED COPIES ON GOLD COLOURED VINYL After the release of their debut "Till Monkeys Fly", "Here We Go, Stereo!" is the second album of Dutch Rock band Racoon, released in 2001. Racoon started in 1997 as an acoustic duo made up of singer Bart van der Weide and guitarist Dennis Huige. They were joined by bass player Stefan de Kroon and drummer Paul Bukkens a year later, and their self-released demo It's An Ice Cream Day earned them the attention of several record companies and many positive reviews from the Dutch press. In 1999, Racoon were signed to Sony's S.M.A.R.T. label and at the end of the year they went into the ICP-studios in Brussels to record their full-length debut, Till Monkeys Fly, which included the single "Feel Like Flying". Here We Go, Stereo!, was buoyed by the hit "Eric's Bar".

Keysound Recordings are excited to announce a chromatic collaboration from two family members, aided by an international cluster of voices. "Gated" began life as a lush, percussive instrumental that sat between gqom & UK funky's offbeat percussion, house's padded textures and reggae's low-slung subs. It became a pivotal record at Keysound Sessions: scattering light into dark corners. Then three vocalists from three different countries made their twists on it: yard-style UK garage vocalist Specialist Moss, South Africa's Ruffest, known for their work on LV's "Sebenza" album and Jamaica's Shokryme, an affiliate of dancehall's Aidonia and the Equiknoxx crew. Williams steps out with some help from Jay-Z on "Frontin'," one of the biggest Neptunes-related singles. Guitar is at the heart and synthesizers come into play at times, all manipulated by a vast array of analog and digital devices. The music is emotionally driven and rides the line between composition and improvisation. There is a deep experimentalism captured in the music of LFZ -all executed by tangible means. LFZ is exploratory of sights, sounds and the phenomenological. Fripp & Eno, Terry Riley, and Michael Rother are some referential touchstones, yet, LFZ does not set out to mimic or cash in on its predecessors. As with all of Smith's work, these two extended pieces are instrumental and refer heavily to personal subject matter and concepts. It was composed, improvised, and recorded at the end of a decade long residence in San Francisco, mixed at the fabled Panoramic House in Stinson Beach, CA. "Fair Winds & Following Seas," a multi-movement composition, is an abstract journey through the intangible phenomena of life and void, nature and spirit. The completely improvised b-side, "Infinite Regress," delves colder depths by way of repetition and random chaos. Both pieces, almost opposite in approach compliment each other to form a cohesive whole. The music is extremely visual. It allows the listener to experience meditative bliss and access deep emotional and imaginative perspectives. It compels replay as soon as it is complete. For fans of Cosmic New Age, Kosmische Krautrock, and American Minimalism.

180 GRAM AUDIOPHILE VINYL INSERT FIRST PRESSING OF 1000 NUMBERED COPIES ON SILVER COLOURED VINYL Get Born is the debut studio album by Australian Rock band Jet, released in 2003. The includes Jet's most popular song, "Are You Gonna Be My Girl". Get Born received generally positive reviews from contemporary music critics. Jet entered the Sunset Sound Studios in Los Angeles with Dave Sardy to produce their debut album Get Born. Sardy had previously produced records for Marilyn Manson and The Dandy Warhols. The band left the recording studios halfway through recording the album to support the Rolling Stones on their 2003 Australian tour. The album's lead single, "Are You Gonna Be My Girl", was often singled out due to distinct similarities to Iggy Pop's "Lust for Life". The song featured a near-identical guitar riff, as well as a drum pattern markedly similar to that of Pop's well-known song. The band argued that "Are You Gonna Be My Girl" had more in common with '60s Motown, however - namely songs such as "I'm Ready for Love" by Martha And The Vandellas and "You Can't Hurry Love" by The Supremes.

His guitar playing is noted for its dark, minor sound, played in an open D-minor tuning with an intricate fingerpicking technique. James first recorded for Paramount Records in 1931, but these recordings sold poorly, having been released during the Great Depression, and he drifted into obscurity. After a long absence from the public eye, James was "rediscovered" in 1964 by three blues enthusiasts, helping further the blues and folk music revival of the 1950s and early 1960s
