Manuel Tur will release his second album in April, entitled Swans Reflecting Elephants. Born and raised in the German city of Essen, Tur released his first house record at the age of 16 on UK label Mada Music. Since then he's appeared on labels like Delusions of Grandeur and Jimpster's Freerange Records, who will be releasing Swans Reflecting Elephants. He also runs his own imprint, Mild Pitch, together with Dplay and Langenberg, his partner in the duo Ribn. While Tur's debut album from 2009 was decidedly downtempo, Swans Reflecting Elephants is more dance floor-oriented, albeit with lots of atmosphere and occasional ambient passages.
