РОБЕРТ ПЛАНТ ПРЕДСТАВЛЯЕТ АЛЬБОМ "CARRY FIRE" В России альбом выходит при инфо-поддержке радиостанции ROCK FM Новый альбом Роберта Планта "Carry Fire" будет выпущен на лейбле Nonesuch/Warner Bros. Records. Релиз кириллического издания намечен на 27 октября. "Carry Fire" - одиннадцатый соло альбом и первый полномасштабный релиз с момента выхода "Lullaby … and The Ceaseless Roar" 2014 года. Обе пластинки записывались Плантом на западе Англии и в Уэльсе на студии Top Cat studio in Box с дополнительными записями на студиях Real World и Rockfield. The sixth album of the Viennese string quartet, co-produced by Bugge Wesseltoft, resists any genre attribution. This music has many names. Music, created by two violins, viola, cello and the human voice. Artists reluctantly make drawers to categorize their work, but the radio.string.quartet has done it. As CrossoverJazzClassicPopFusionRockNewMusicElectronic "thing, the four Viennese describe their new work In Between Silence. Because with such a word monster no one can start anything, they push the Na-If instrumentalists talk of visions, then they are little words with which they convey these. Rather, they use the sounds, rhythms, melodies, sounds or silence to present visionary feelings, thoughts, images, colors or stories. His visions leave the percussionist and rhythm drummer Murat Coskun on this CD in dialogue with two great musicians and masters of improvisation, David Friedman and Arezoo Rezvani, some of the artists who inspired them in recent years: Nine Inch Nails, Franz Schubert, Feist, Est, Arvo Pärt, Bugge Wesseltoft & Sidsel Endresen. In Between Silence, as it was for a real band, they were recorded live together in the studio, but additionally enriched with self-created samples and overdubs. John Wall and Mark Durgan return after a lengthy absence. Theirs is a fractured sound world woven together from improvisations that took place in the Utterpsalm Studio in London between 2012-15. The resultant seven tracks are an attempt at imposing order, structure and "expression" without meaning or intentionality onto a huge amount of heavily edited sonic material. Austrian thrash metal outfit Silius will release its debut album, Hell Awakening, on September 8th via Massacre Records. Swiftly abbreviated to The NJE, this ear Jazz Experience' was formed by multi-instrumentalist Terry Edwards, bassist Mark Bedford and drummer Simon Charterton in the spring of 2010. Look no further than the Hendrix cover, Voodoo Child for a way into their world. The familiar reinvented and taken to a parallel world. Born out of a love of improvised music which was accessible (funky beats and grooves) yet experimental enough to break the mould of middle-of-the-road jamming, the trio built up a following at a residency at the monthly Sartorial Records music nights. The NJE perform music intuitively, with an ear to accessible beats & tonality with Edwards' melodic flights of fancy dancing over the top. Afloat came about after several recording sessions, both in concert and in the studio, and completed by the band using harsh editing techniques overseen by Hot Chip frontman Alexis Taylor at the mixdown stage. The album's seven tracks are complimented by the addition of four previously released download/vinyl tracks! Working closely with ace producer Bob Ezrin and Ezrin's partner Michael Kamen, Curry created what amounted to a potent sendup of nearly every major musical style of the last 50-odd years, a compelling, musically valid, wonderfully funny rich tour de force that added another dimension to his already extensive creative repertoire. Musicians included Richard Wagner, John Tropea and Robin Miller (guitars), Philly International drummer Charles Collins and Bob Babbitt- the leading studio bass player on both coasts. Guest artists included Nils Lofgren, fiddle-player extraordinaire Joe Venuit and the entire bagpipe and drum regimen of Toronto's 48th Highlanders. From the heraldic magnificence of Scottish bagpipes on the epic "Wake Nicodemus." an old folk song given a zesty rock arrangement, to the reggae kicker of the Beatles "I Will", right through to the funky rock-cum-30's reading of Irving Berlin's "Harlem On My Mind" ,Tim manages to cover iust about every musical waterfront. (Do The) "Brontosaurus" is a delicious sendup of the heavy métal rockers, and on "Sloe Gin" he takes on the blues. "Birds of a Feather" conveys an ambiguous sexual message in a quasi-sleazy sendup that gives Afro/ Latin rock a run for the money. Joni Mitchell "All I Want" is given a total facelift. The classic "Anyone Who Had A Heart" is rendered with Wagnerian bravado that tugs at your heart while it tickles your funny bone. And it all works, both as solid music and as light, right-on-target humour. Having previously recorded an EP with punk legend and hellraiser Shane MacGowan, Candice Gordon is set to release her debut full length album ‘Garden of Beasts’ on the 3rd March 2017 via Proper Octopus Records. Produced by labelmate A.S. Fanning, and mixed by Ingo Krauss (Swans, Iggy and the Stooges), the album was recorded in a country house in Ireland and at the legendary Funkhaus in Berlin. It presents a rich and brooding sonic landscape constructed using a variety of synthetic and natural instruments from Moogs to flutes, and Gordon even plays a one-string Kazakh instrument at times. “Garden of Beasts is inspired by moving to Berlin and facing the very dark and heavy history that is visible and inescapable everywhere in the city. The second world war and the Holocaust feels very real and close here. It’s an exploration of human nature, the hubris of identity, dispossession, and the conflict between the allure of savagery and the desperation for salvation from that.” explains Candice. Iconic Australian psych rock quintet Beaches return with epic double LP Second Of Spring - Chapter Music's first double album by a single artist. Beaches' much-loved second album She Beats brought the band international acclaim in 2013. Featuring guitar by German motorik hero Michael Rother (Neu, Harmonia), the album earned raves from Pitchfork, Stereogum, Gorilla Vs Bear, Spin and elsewhere. Second Of Spring takes Beaches even further out, to where the pyramid meets the eye - an enveloping sonic landscape filled with extended instrumentals, overdriven psych-outs and propulsive pop nuggets. The album was recorded in Melbourne with engineer/producer John Lee (Totally Mild, Lost Animal). Artwork is by the bandâ??s Ali McCann, with design by renowned artist Darren Sylvester. "Les Insus Live 2017" - концертный альбом коллектива Les Insus - нового проекта бывших участников одной из самых продаваемых французских рок-групп в истории Téléphone. Бывшие коллеги по Téléphone, собравшиеся без своей басистки Корины Маринно, записали альбом 21 и 22 октября 2016 года на арене AccorHotels, и 3 ноября в концертном клубе Trabendo в Париже. Легендарный коллектив, созданный в 1976 году, просуществовал в своём первоначальном составе 10 лет.
