The exceptional producer Actress released a joint 12 inch with the London Contemporary Orchestra on Ninja Tune! Producer Darren Cunningham, better known as Actress, has got the company in the studio from the London Contemporary Orchestra. They now publish the results of this collaboration, as well as extended arrangements of their dark and seething electronica. For the first time last year at the Barbican Center London and at the Strelka Institute in Moscow in cooperation with Boiler Room, the joint EP is simply called "AudioTrack 5", which is intended to be an introduction to an album and performance art piece this fall Via Ninja Tune and Boiler Room TV. The co-operation, commissioned and curated by Boiler Room and the London Contemporary Orchestra with the support of the Arts Council England, brings a new dimension to the sound selection of Actress thanks to the London Contemporary Orchestras. With the producer in his element, which uses the LCO as a new instrument and precisely corrects its acoustic instruments to reconcile them with its electronic loops, both currents create an increased variation of chamber music.
