BLOOD COMMAND was formed in the fish and oil smelling suburbs of western Norway in 2008 by singer Silje, guitarist Yngve and drummer Sigurd. They had one thing in mind: Combining the hedonistic club music they loved to dance and party to, with the music that formed their lives: Punk, hardcore and rocknroll. The band gave everything from day one and quickly became an underground buzz around Europe for their tours with Comeback Kid and Protest the Hero. They released three 10" EP's and an album that was nominated for a norwegian grammy in the rock category (which Kvelertak deservedly won) for their debut «Ghostclocks» (Fysisk Format 2010). Now BLOOD COMMAND is ready to present their second album to the world: «Funeral Beach». The album is produced by guitarist Yngve and long-time band collaborator and norwegian hardcore punk-stayer Dag Erik "Dagger" Nygaard. The recording was a painstakingly long process, but guitarist, producer and songwriter Yngve finally got what he wanted. With «Funeral Beach», BLOOD COMMAND has delivered their definitive statement.
